We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location data to ensure compatibility and security of our services, including barcode scanner and mobile device integrations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service Provision

We use your information to operate, maintain, and deliver the QuickWMS platform, including inventory management, receiving and grading, multi-channel listing, order fulfillment, and analytics features.

Improvements

Usage data helps us identify performance bottlenecks, develop new features, and improve existing functionality. We analyze aggregate trends to enhance the warehouse management experience for all customers.

Communications

  • Marketplace Integrations: When you connect marketplace accounts (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.), we access order and listing data as authorized by you through those platforms.
  • Payment Processors: Billing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Analytics: We use analytics services to understand platform usage. These services may collect anonymized usage data subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and warehouse data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

  • Account and operational data is retained while your subscription is active.
  • Upon account cancellation, you may request full deletion of your data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
